Fellside Llodge

Is a luxury self-catering lodge on Limefitt Park in Troutbeck, the best of the English Lake District.

Due to its elevated pitch there are uninterrupted views over Wansfell to the East, Applethwaite Common to the West and the Troutbeck Fells to the North

Nestling at the foot of the Troutbeck valley, the lodge is only 3 miles from Lake Windermere but it is a world away from the bustle of Ambleside and Bowness.

Fellside Lodge is perfectly placed for a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to explore the Lake District.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the lodge can accommodate up to four people in one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom.

Fellside Lodge offers the ultimate holiday accommodation in beautiful surroundings.

Accommodation:

Open plan lounge / dining area with contemporary leather 3 piece suite, feature fire place, coffee table, flat screen television with built in DVD + Freeview reception. Dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with extensive appliances (electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) + crockery + utensils + iron & ironing board.
The master bedroom is light, airy and spacious and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobes and drawers. The main bathroom consists of bath, over head shower, wash basin and toilet.
Large private balcony / sun deck, with access from the lounge via the patio doors. Garden Furniture.
For your safety a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors have been installed. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket have been fitted.
Duvets, pillows, bath towels and bed linen (beds madeup) are all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible. We ask you to bring your own tea towels.
A cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement at no extra cost.
